Review Management That Builds Real Trust

People read your reviews before they ever call you. AbhiKai answers every one of them in your voice within minutes, gives unhappy customers a private line to your team, and asks the rest to post — so your rating climbs because your service is good, not because anything was gamed.

  • Every review answered
  • More genuine reviews
  • Fake reviews flagged early

Being built right now. AI-Powered Lead Management is already live, so you can start today — we switch this on for your account the day it ships.

Get more genuine reviews

Most happy customers will leave a review. They just need to be asked, at the right moment, with one tap.

A short link and a printable QR code that take a customer straight to your review box, with no searching and no app hunting.

    • Smart review links
    • Printable QR codes
    • Separate links per branch or rep
  • Ask everyone, catch problems early

Every customer gets the review request. Anyone who tells you they are unhappy also gets a private feedback form and a call from your team, so the problem gets fixed rather than hidden.

    • No review gating — everyone is asked
    • Private feedback channel
    • Unhappy customers flagged for a call
  • Requests that send themselves

The ask goes out on WhatsApp when the job is finished, and follows up once if it is ignored. After that it stops.

    • Exactly one polite reminder

Protect what you have built

A rating you spent three years earning can be dented in a single week.

    • Fake review detection
    • Competitor-attack patterns
    • Evidence collected for you

Reviews that break platform rules — spam, off-topic rants, personal attacks — get spotted and queued up for reporting.

    • Policy violation alerts
    • Report-ready summaries
    • Status tracking
  • Removal assistance

A clear, documented path for getting a rule-breaking review taken down, with follow-ups until there is an actual decision.

Rating over time, volume by month, and how you compare with the business down the road.

    • Sentiment analysis
    • Trend tracking
    • Competitor benchmarks

    • Topic categorisation
    • Keyword extraction
    • Rising complaint alerts
  • Reviews from everywhere, in one list

Google first, since that is where Indian local search happens, plus the other sites your customers use — so you are not checking five dashboards.

    • Multi-platform inbox
    • One reply flow
    • Per-platform breakdown

How it works

Connect it, set your rules, and it runs quietly in the background.

  1. 1

    Connect your review sources

Link your Google Business Profile and the other review sites your business is listed on.

  2. 2

    Set your voice and rules

Choose the tone, the star threshold that needs a human, and what should never be answered automatically.

  3. 3

    Start asking

Print your QR code and switch on the automatic request after every completed job.

  4. 4

    Approve and improve

Skim the AI replies, approve them, and act on the themes it keeps surfacing.

What it gets you

A rating that reflects your actual service, and a much shorter gap between a complaint and a fix.

  • Every review answered within minutes, not days
  • One consistent brand voice across hundreds of replies
  • Unhappy customers reach you before they reach Google
  • A steady flow of new reviews instead of one every few months
  • No negative review sits there ignored
  • You learn what to fix from patterns, not from one loud complaint
  • Fake reviews get reported while the evidence is still fresh
  • Hours of copy-pasting replies come back to you every week

Review management questions

Does this hide bad reviews?

No, and it could not. Google's policies prohibit only asking happy customers for reviews, so AbhiKai asks everybody. What it adds is a private feedback channel next to the request, so an unhappy customer can also tell you directly and your team can fix it — which is usually what they wanted in the first place.

Can you delete a bad review?

Nobody can delete a genuine review — not us, and not an agency that promises otherwise. What can be removed is a review that breaks platform policy: fake, spam, off-topic or abusive. AbhiKai spots those, gathers the evidence, and takes the report through to a decision.

Will customers notice the replies are AI?

What they notice is that somebody replied quickly, about their specific complaint. AI drafts and you approve. Keep approval switched on for anything under four stars and the tone stays unmistakably human.

Which review sites do you cover?

Google Business Profile first, because that is where most Indian local search happens and where the ranking benefit sits, plus the major sites for your industry.

How many more reviews should I expect?

It depends entirely on how many customers you serve and whether anyone has been asking. Businesses that go from never asking to asking after every job usually see a large multiple, but we will not put a specific number on it — the honest answer is as many as you have happy customers.

When will this be available?

It ships together with Google Business Profile management, since both use the same connection. Ask for early access to be in the first group.
