Google Business Profile questions
Do I have to give you my Google password?
No. You connect through Google's own secure sign-in, and you can revoke that access from your Google account at any time without asking us.
Will AI replies sound generic?
They should not, and that is the whole point. It learns from your existing replies and your service list, references what the customer actually wrote, and you can keep approval switched on so nothing goes out before a human has read it.
Can it reply in Hindi or other Indian languages?
Yes. It answers in the language the review was written in, including transliterated Hindi typed in the roman alphabet.
Does replying to reviews really affect ranking?
Google states that responding to reviews is part of how it judges relevance and prominence, and profiles with fresh photos, regular posts and answered reviews consistently do better in the local pack. No tool can honestly promise you a specific position.
What about negative reviews?
