The problem we work on
Small businesses in India spend on Meta and Google ads, and then lose the enquiries those ads generate. The enquiry arrives on WhatsApp, on a form, or as a missed call at 9 pm, and it lands on one person's phone. Nobody owns it, nobody follows up seven times, and nobody can say afterwards which ad produced a paying customer.
The existing answers do not fit. A spreadsheet cannot assign work or chase a follow-up. An enterprise CRM takes weeks to configure, is priced per seat in dollars, and is built for someone at a desk — so field sales teams quietly stop updating it. The gap in the middle is where almost every Indian SMB actually sits.
What we build
AbhiKai is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that captures leads from every source a small business actually uses, assigns each one an owner automatically, and gives salespeople a phone-first screen to work them on. AI handles the work people skip when the day is busy: scoring which lead to call first, drafting the note after a call, and chasing follow-ups that would otherwise slip.
Lead management is live in production with a free tier. Nine further services — an AI sales agent for WhatsApp and ad enquiries, WhatsApp automation on the official Business Platform, customer and employee management, and the marketing tools that generate leads in the first place — are in active development on the same platform, account model and permission system.
How we make money
Recurring subscriptions priced on monthly lead volume, not per seat — adding a salesperson costs nothing, which is what makes a small team adopt it at all. A free Starter tier carries a monthly lead quota, paid plans scale with volume, and prepaid top-up packs cover a seasonal spike without a plan change.
Billing runs through Razorpay in INR for Indian businesses, with prices listed in USD and an INR figure shown alongside. The business is a founder-owned sole proprietorship registered in India — no external investment, no debt, and no runway to spend down. Infrastructure is paid for out of revenue, which is the reason the free tier is capped rather than unlimited.

Who builds it
A team of five in India — engineering, support and the founder, who still answers email. Small enough that a customer request reaches the person who can act on it the same day.
AbhiKai is founder-owned and self-funded: a sole proprietorship with a single owner, no outside investors and no debt. Infrastructure is paid for out of revenue, which is why the free tier is capped and the roadmap ships one service at a time rather than all ten at once.
Founder details are not published on this page yet. Email us and we will introduce ourselves properly.
Why we need cloud infrastructure
The product is a database problem before it is anything else. Every list a salesperson opens is a filtered, sorted, paginated query over a table that grows with every enquiry the business receives, and each query must be isolated to one business and scoped to one person's role. We design those queries against indexed keyset pagination rather than offsets specifically so they stay flat as the row count grows.
On top of that sit workloads that are genuinely compute- and inference-heavy, and are the reason our infrastructure cost curve is steeper than a typical CRUD application: lead scoring and message drafting on every inbound enquiry, WhatsApp and ad-platform webhooks arriving in bursts when a campaign goes live, scheduled jobs for follow-up reminders and reporting, and object storage for the files and call recordings a sales team attaches to a lead.
Cloud credits go directly into that: database capacity, inference for the AI features, object storage, and the background job infrastructure that makes automated follow-up possible at all.
Being self-funded is what makes this a constraint rather than a line item. Every inference call, gigabyte and background job is paid for out of revenue by a five-person team, which caps how much of the roadmap can ship at once. Credits do not change what we are building; they change how quickly the AI features reach the customers already asking for them.
