About AbhiKai

AbhiKai builds simple, fast software for the work that keeps an Indian business running. We started with lead management — the part most teams were still doing in WhatsApp forwards and Excel sheets — and we are handing the repetitive half of it to AI.

Why we started

Almost every small business in India already spends money on getting attention. Meta ads, Google ads, a board outside the shop, a referral from a happy customer. The attention arrives. Then it sits — in a WhatsApp chat nobody opened, on a form that emailed one person who is on leave, in a missed call at 9 pm that nobody returned.

That gap is not a software problem at first glance. It looks like a discipline problem, so people try to fix it with more discipline: a group, a daily reminder, a shared sheet, an angry message on Sunday. It works for a month. Then the business grows, a rep resigns with their phone, and the leaks come back.

We think it is a tooling problem, and that the existing tools were built for someone else — a sales team at a desk, in dollars, with a consultant to configure it. So we are building the version that fits a five-person team on cheap phones with patchy data, and letting AI take over the parts that people skip when the day gets busy.

How we build

Four rules we hold ourselves to. They are also the reason some obvious features are missing.

  1. One screen, one job

If a screen asks a rep to make three decisions, it will be abandoned. Every page does one clear thing, and the primary action is the biggest thing on it.

  2. It has to work on a bad phone

We build for an inexpensive Android on 3G in a basement, not a laptop on office wifi. If a feature needs a fast connection to feel usable, it is not finished.

  3. Explainable in one sentence

If we cannot describe what a feature does in a single sentence a shop owner would understand, we have not understood it well enough to ship it.

  4. AI drafts, humans decide

Anything AI writes to your customers can be reviewed before it is sent, and everything it decides shows its reasoning. Automation you cannot inspect is not automation, it is a gamble.

India-first, not India-also

This is not a global product with a rupee price bolted on. The defaults are Indian: +91 phone formatting, WhatsApp as a first-class lead source rather than an integration, INR billing through Razorpay alongside USD, and a phone-first workflow because that is where the work actually happens.

It shows in small decisions too — the festival calendar in the content tools, the assumption that one number is shared by a team, the fact that a missed call is a lead. Those are not features you add later; they change how the whole thing is shaped.

What is live, and what is honest

AI-Powered Lead Management is live in production today, with a free plan. Everything else on the services pages — the AI sales agent, WhatsApp automation, customer and employee management, and the marketing tools — is being built, and every one of those pages says so at the top.

We would rather tell you where the product is going and be held to it than quietly ship a feature list you cannot use. If a service you need is not live yet, tell us which one — we onboard one industry at a time, and that order is set by what customers ask for.

Try the part that is finished

Lead management is live and free to start. No card, no demo call, no contract.
