Multi-Location Management for Chains, Franchises and Agencies

Ten branches means ten sets of leads, reviews, staff and listings — and usually ten different standards. AbhiKai gives you one dashboard across all of them, permissions that match who actually runs what, and the ability to change something everywhere in a single action.

  • One view across branches
  • Per-location permissions
  • Change everything at once

Being built right now. AI-Powered Lead Management is already live, so you can start today — we switch this on for your account the day it ships.

Centralised dashboard

Scale your management across all your locations.

  • Every location on one screen

Leads, conversions, reviews, ratings and response times per branch, ranked — so the branch that needs attention is obvious.

    • Unified view
    • Ranked comparison
    • Drill into any branch
  • Filter to what you own

A regional manager sees their region, a franchisee sees their store, and you see everything without switching accounts.

    • Location filtering
    • Region and cluster grouping
    • Saved views
  • Alerts on the ones slipping

Get told when a branch's rating drops, its response time doubles, or its leads go unworked — before the month closes.

    • Per-branch thresholds
    • Escalation to the region head
    • Weekly digest

Team permissions

Assign team members to specific locations with permission levels that fit how you are organised.

  • Role-based access

Owner, regional manager, branch manager, team lead and staff — each with a scope you decide, enforced in the database.

    • Role-based access
    • Custom scopes
    • Enforced at the data layer
  • Location assignment

People are attached to one branch or several and see exactly those. Transfers take one click and keep the history intact.

    • Location assignment
    • Multi-branch staff
    • Transfers without data loss
  • Audit trails

Who changed the hours, who replied to that review, who deleted that lead — recorded with a name and a timestamp.

    • Full audit trails
    • Per-user activity
    • Exportable for compliance

Bulk operations

Update business hours, descriptions, photos and posts across all locations simultaneously.

  • Mass updates

Change a holiday's hours, a description or a service list for forty branches in one action instead of forty.

    • Mass updates
    • Preview before applying
    • Undo the last change
  • Templates every branch follows

One approved description, photo set and post format applied everywhere, with the local details filled in per branch.

    • Template application
    • Per-branch variables
    • Brand consistency checks
  • Scheduled changes

Queue the Diwali hours in October and the new year post in December. It goes out on the day, at every location.

    • Scheduled changes
    • Festival and season batches
    • Timed per local hour

How it works

Set the structure once, and every new branch inherits it.

  1. 1

    Add your locations

Import your branch list or add them one at a time, with addresses and the manager who runs each.

  2. 2

    Set the structure

Group branches into regions and attach each person to the locations they actually run.

  3. 3

    Apply your templates

Push one approved set of details, descriptions and posting rules out to every branch.

  4. 4

    Manage by exception

Read the ranked view, act on the alerts, and leave the branches that are doing fine alone.

Why it is worth it

The bigger you get, the more of your day is spent logging in and comparing things by hand.

  • You stop logging into ten separate dashboards
  • The weak branch is visible in week one, not month four
  • A franchisee can run their store without seeing everyone else's numbers
  • Festival hours are correct at every branch, every year
  • Brand wording stays consistent without anyone policing it
  • Opening a new branch takes a template, not a project
  • Nobody can quietly change something important
  • Agencies can report per client without rebuilding a spreadsheet

Multi-location questions

How many locations can it handle?

It is designed to behave the same at three branches and at three hundred. The ranked view and bulk actions are what make the large end practical rather than exhausting.

Can a franchisee see other franchisees' data?

No. Permissions are enforced at the data level, so somebody attached to one branch cannot see another branch's leads, reviews or numbers — not through the interface and not by editing a URL.

Is this useful for an agency managing clients?

Yes. Treat each client as a location or a group, give their team a scoped login, and produce per-client reports without exporting anything into a spreadsheet.

What if branches need different prices or hours?

Templates carry per-branch variables, so the shared structure stays identical while price, hours and contact details differ where they need to.

When will this be available?

It arrives with the Google Business Profile and review tools, since bulk management matters most there. Ask for early access and tell us how many locations you run.
